The whole process was terrible. Once we were ready for floors to be installed, they realized the flooring had never been ordered-we had to wait several months. Additionally, response to phone calls was either non-existent or very slow, needing us to follow up daily or go to showroom. Turnover of staff was horrific; no one could answer questions and there was no one to get the job done. It was promised that floors would be buffed-that took months and was not completed. A stair had been installed that was cracked and it was supposed to be replaced. NO ONE will answer our phone calls nor our visits to the showroom. We are told by the poor woman who is there that she will speak to John, the owner and get back to us. Still no response after numerous visits. We have been forced to look for someone else to clean the floors and fix the stair but there is no guarantee that the stain will match. We spent almost $40k dollars with Bailey's, have been very patientnand this is the kind of customer service we are given. Our recommendation is to NEVER use Bailey's Floors-they will not keep their promise, will not deliver on time and will not respond to your pleas to complete the project.

They failed to complete contract work, never completed work on time, poor workmanship, poor quality work.

Vince, the salesman didn't impress me. Curtis who installed the floor was very nice and I liked him very much, he did a great job. After having the floor down for roughly a year I started to notice some bubbling issues, white air pockets, on part of the floor near the entry way. I did alert Bailey to this issue and no one wanted to take the blame for any potential defects or issues with the floor. I had called in July and August several times in 2015 and spoke with Chelsea, Curtis was able to come by in August 2015 and he took pictures and they ended up pinning down the issue to defective glue that was used. I spoke with them again in November and again in January of 2016, at which point Chelsea gave me the bad news that they will probably have to replace the floor. The room is large and the prep work required to move everything out to do the floor is difficult. The thought of them having to come out and replace the floor is daunting. I told them that they will need to help me with this as it's very difficult for me to move everything on my own and the whole ordeal has been a nightmare, it's been almost a year in a half and still don't know when they will have this done. I wouldn't recommend them, Curtis and Chelsea have been very nice and great to work with, but the company as a whole hasn't been easy to deal with and I am very disappointed.

Wood floors were okay, though promised "revisit" to correct one part of installation that was poorly done has not occured, nor has promised paperwork to begin rebate process been delivered.  More importantly contracted carpet installation in the units two bedrooms has not happened, 8 days past promised final date of installation.  Five separate days carpet installation has been promised and instead, Bailey Floors Co has been a "no show".  Only when they are called does the salesman Vince Hardin say "oh, I meant to call, but carpet still hasn't been delivered and we hope it will come tomorrow".  Their solution to  a high-end seasonal tenant about to arrive for a rental in a unit that now has cement floors in the bedrooms?  "We'll swing by and set up your bedroom sets so they have something to sleep on".  As mindless and stupid a response I've received from a firm in many, many years.
Anyone who needs any type of carpets or any floor service by a set date would be well advised to sterr well clear of a firm that claims to avhe 30 years experience, or of a salesman named Vince Hardin who uses the tag line "I want to earn your trust".  Consider it not earned.
