AUTO PRIDE COLLISION CTR

This is for the Lehigh Acres Branch.  From the beginning, this office was very unprofessional, seemingly greedy and very arrogant in my opinion.  Our vehicle was hit by another vehicle and we were not at fault.  We decided to used this company as our insurance company said they were a preferred repair shop and that had many benefits for us.  We had heard very negative things about the location in Lehigh Acres but due to the relationship with State Farm we went this route.  We have been made to feel like we are asking for more than what it takes to make us what we were prior to the accident.  There are two items that they have refused to cover from State Farm and we understand that is not Auto Pride but their handling the situation was very poor and very unsatisfactory to us.  Then when we picked up the car after being called by Auto Pride, that vehicle was not detailed and we had to get another rental vehicle so that they could do a proper detail of which they admitted was a poor job. Now today we picked up the vehicle with a cracked front grill which was directly from the accident. 

I would not recommend this company and will be telling everyone I know to keep away also.  I am a business owner in the same town as this business and feel that it is a disgrace to have them in our neighborhood.
