Roofing
Started out well until the work was done. The crew were not familiar with tile roofs as they were from out of town. They are storm chasers and did not know what they were doing. After 2 roofs being put on I had them inspected by an independent roofing engineer and there were so many things wrong they had to be replaced completely. Also both roofs leaked and there was interior damage done that had to be repaired at their cost. I will say that Pete Kessel the owner was responsive and tried to make things right. Randi Marion and Ted Marion were from out of town and started out well, but they went downhill after the job was started. They did try to make it right. I would still not ever use them again. There were 7 other home owners in the area that used them and had issues.
