I purchased a home a month ago that has Hunter Douglas blinds and shutters. While dusting and cleaning the shutters in the Master Bedroom, I accidentally broke one of the spring loaded pins that holds each shutter in place. I went by At Home Blinds & Decor in Ft. Myers to see if they had any pins? I was greeted at the door by a salesperson already working with someone, so he asked "Joanne" to help me. Thankfully, Joanne knew exactly the pin I needed. She went into the back of the store for a few minutes and returned with several pins (telling me that if I had only broken one pin while cleaning, that I'd better take a few more pins just in case). I received excellent customer service and it is a beautiful store. I will be a loyal customer in the future.

Everything looks beautiful. I was on a tight time frame because we had company coming and I was hoping to have the work completed before they arrived. They were able to accommodate my schedule and have everything installed prior.

Great. I am a repeat Hunter Douglas customer. When planning a move to the Ft. Myers area, I was overwhelmed with the many dealers! At Home Blinds stood out because of their family business base, length of time in the market, and onsite repair service. I love that their trucks are equipped with the standard equipment needed to fix many blind issues - no more sending off to Hunter Douglas for a couple weeks if a blind breaks! Our salesperson, Max, was knowledgeable and had excellent follow through. We ordered the power view (automatic) blinds for three rooms, which I highly recommend. Wish we could have afford them throughout the house!

During my renovation I had shutters installed through out the house last week. Freaking unbelievably outstanding service from the beginning consultation (Ginger) final measurements (owner Jeff) and the installers Kyle and Ryan. I could have paid less thru two other another companies but Ginger and the whole customer service experience was so outstanding it was a no brainer to choose  At Home Blinds & Decor, Inc. Less is not always better! Kyle and Ryan were respectful of my visiting company , me and my wife, as well as the premises throughout the installation explaining everything about care , maintenance etc. They went the extra mile in removing the blinds I had up. They were fun to talk to as well. It was a pleasure to have met the acquaintance of these professionals. Thanks again to Ginger, Jeff, Kyle and Ryan!

We used last August when i bought a Condor and i am using them now for concrete. They did an excellent job the first time. They are very responsive to questions, they are extremely organized, they work within your price and they finished installation in time and signed off. Their price was fair. They quality of work was out-standing.

At Home Blinds provided excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions, provided me with different options in several price points, came to the home and measured all of the windows, and were even able to install the products when it was good for my schedule. They were a huge help and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area wanting/needing any type of window treatments.

Terrible company- don't use them.
Ordered custom drape panels for living, dining and study.  The living room drapes were so wrinkled after installation, they looked like someone had slept in them prior to hanging.  When I complained about the condition of the drapes to the owner, she had her installer look at them when he came out to install the study drapes.  He informed me that the drapes could not be steamed, due to the tiny metallic thread that runs through the fabric.  He then suggested that I "get some Wrinkle Release and spray them down with it."  As these drapes are 15 feet tall, the idea of getting up on a tall ladder to spray and manually smooth  out my new drapes that I paid almost 8K for was not appealing.  After no response from the owner following that second installation or my second phone call, I hired another drapery installer to come in and apply the wrinkle release product and smooth them out- at my own expense.  They now look great, but I am extremely unhappy with this contractor and would absolutely never recommend them.  They are expensive, did not deliver an acceptable product and will not respond to any complaints or even return a call.  I regret using them, and hope anyone searching for window covering contractors on Angie's List sees this review.

I visited the store in early July and spoke with a salesperson/designer, Romney.   I ordered the drapes, signed an invoice, and paid for what I thought was half of the total order (approximately $800).  The problem arose two weeks after the drape installation. I received a phone call and  was told that I would be charged an additional amount of $1600 for the drapes on my credit card as they had billed me incorrectly.
I feel that the cost of the drapes should have been verified after the order was initially placed and not two weeks after the drapes had been installed (10 weeks after the order was placed).
Also I was told that the drapes would arrive in 4 ? 5 weeks.  I did receive a phone call in mid-August that one set had arrived and one set was on backorder and should arrive the next week.  The drapes were ordered in early July and did not get installed until early September after I made a phone call to  the business stating that I was having guests for the weekend and had hoped that the drapes would be installed before my guests arrived.  The installer did call the next day and schedule an installation appointment immediately.  He was very efficient and did a good job installing the drapes.
Early on in the process, I did receive an email addressed to me thanking me for my order.  In addition, one email sent to me was addressed to another customer, and I should not have received it.  It was someone else?s order.  It made me somewhat  concerned with the entire process.    Also the salesperson/designer stated that she would be present during the installation process, and she was not.  She has never seen the installed drapes.

They were very good. The draperies are really beautiful. Their pricing was medium. I liked everything about the service. I liked the lady that came out and did the measurements and the people that hung the draperies and all. They were all very nice. They are a great company.

If you appreciate professional, friendly, prompt, experienced, window treatment service you will want to use this company. There may be less expensive products and retailers out there but we put a price on our time. Appointments were made and kept, help was offered where requested, and installations were top notch. We are very pleased with our Hunter Douglas product, our shutters, and the entire experience offered from At Home Blinds and Decor.

The installer was competent. The new blind fits the window perfectly and does
an excellent job of blocking out all light. He told us what the options were for
installing the two pull cords--they could hang down or be fastened to pulleys. 
He accommodated our wishes and the cords work well.

When he left, I noted that he left somewhat of a mess on the window sill which
I cleaned up. Also, I felt that the cost of the blind was somewhat expensive.
However, it does a good job for the intended purpose.

It was excellent.  The owner, Jeff, is great to deal with.
