We arrived on time for our 2:00 PM appointment. At 3:15 PM Joan was called back. Oddly enough, I was asked to come back also. We met with MELISSA HASTINGS, the new office manager, who told us the lady we had previously worked with was no longer there. Unfortunately for US, Melissa has failed before she even has her business cards in her hands. She is neither competent nor qualified to manage... She then proceeded to tell us THAT THE PARTIAL HAD BEEN LOST. THEY HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR IT FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. She kept apologizing and empathizing when I told her ENOUGH. I wanted to know why we were made to wait for well over an hour and WHY THEY DIDN'T CALL US to tell us the partial wasn't there. There had been plenty of time to catch us before we left home. Joan and I WASTED an entire day. She has a one meal/day plan at Cypress Cove and used it for lunch because she knew she wouldn't be eating dinner. NOT. We drove 30 miles for NOTHING. THE WOMAN WILL BE 98 IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS and we walked out with nothing. She can't afford to be wasting time. Before they would even schedule an appointment, we had to pay half of the entire cost. I FEEL THEY SHOULD REIMBURSE JOAN FOR HER TROUBLE TODAY. THEY DEFINITELY OWE HER SOMETHING. Until today we had had pleasant experiences. Today negates all of that, in MY opinion. Unfortunately, the entire treatment has been paid for IN ADVANCE, so we are forced to continue...
