Upon arrival at the store we were greeted by friendly faces. The store general manager asked us if we needed assistance and we told him what we were looking for. He demonstrated great patience as we, basically, toured the whole store until we found the right piece. It took all of 5 minutes to complete the paper work and set up a delivery. The store manager was very polite and helpful. He had a good knowledge of his products. The delivery was on time and the men who delivered were very meticulous, being sure not to soil anything. Mats were placed and booties were worn. If there could be a negative, I guess the only thing would be the large plastic legs/feet on the sofa. I would expect wood for this price, but I'm not a designer and it could be because of the sofa being a sleeper. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this store for your furniture shopping.
