They came out to my house for an insurance repair on my Samsung dishwasher. The manager called me for more details a day later and quoted inaccurate information from a document he was reading. When I asked what the document was so I could figure out where the glitch was in my already very complicated claim, he became extremely agitated and argumentative. I tried explaining my situation but he hung up on me. I’ve never experienced such hatefulness, lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from a service person in my entire life. This situation was uncalled for & unnecessary. I am leaving a review because the level of hostility displayed by this person leaves me feeling afraid for them to return to my home- or any one else’s for that matter, especially if you have kids. Please avoid at all costs!

Switch for the ice and water dispenser needed replacing. I called and was told someone would call me back to set an appointment, but they would come "tomorrow" because "today" they were already booked. I figured they would be since I had not called until almost noon. Very polite and upbeat and sounded as though they were actually glad I called!! (Rather than another company who shall remain nameless who acted rather put out I had called at all). Someone called back in about two hours and we arranged for 8:30 a.m. today, which is the next day after I called. Prompt? By 8:30 they were already working on the apparatus! Smiling, polite, professional, quick, adept, thorough. If anything goes wrong with your home large appliances, you have my sympathy, But DO Call this company. I could not be more pleased. Thank you to these efficient people.

very prompt, came in directly to dryer and took it apart efficiently and quickly, finding the culprit which was causing the thumping right away.  they thoroughly cleaned the whole dryer, including the vent to the roof, cleaning up after themselves as they went along.

Their prices were not fair. I thought af that their prices were to high. They did not fix therefrigerator properly. They showed up late and didn't seem to come when they said they would. I would not recommend them.

10/15/2010 : first call to the company to repair my broken refrigerator. New relay, overload protector.... Did not work better.
11/20/2010 : Second call. They check the compressor, and said we needed a new one...
11/23/2010 : New compressor....Did not work better.
01/27/2011 : They said the refrigerator MAYBE needed a new thermostat ! Cost ? between $200 and $400 !!!! . We had already paid $636 and refused to pay more.
04/14/2011 : I called Sears for an advice ($70 more). The worker checked the job already done, and said that the new compressor was the wrong one for the unit !!
We filed a complaint : first with Better Business Bureau, then with the Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumers services. Both told us that the Company refused to cooperate.
THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY, AND WE HAVE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

This repair was okay, but we also had a dishwasher repaired and they didn't wire it back correctly so it caught on fire.

We own almost 300 rental homes and have used this company since June 2010 to service our appliances when they break. We have had a good working relationship up until last week when the owner's wife, Kim, called us about a past due bill we had never recieved up until last week. I had called her and left two messages for her to call me back about a question I had. I never recieved a call back. Then on 2/16/11 I recieved a phone call from her telling me she had to get my number through an employee and immediately started harassing me about the bill. I stopped her and said that I've been waiting on her phone call back and I wanted to pay it when corrected. She stated she had a new employee and never recieved any messages which wasn't her fault. When I started asking her why the bill was the wrong agreed upon price, she yelled at me that she didn't like my attitude. Since I am their customer, I was completely appalled that I was being spoke to like that, so I hung up on her still yelling at me. She then proceeded to call my receptionist and curse her out using the 'F' word and verbally threatening me that I better "watch out". I am considering filing charges against her for that. My husband called the owner of the company, Sam, and left a message to meet up to resolve this issue. To this day, he's never returned his phone call.

They are always on time and do a great job. I have used them many times and they always do the job right. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Called on Tuesday and couldn't come until Wednesday between 2 and 5. Showed at 4:55 with two men. Work completed at 5:15. Curteous and knowledgeable. Cleaned up and advised to hire a lint pipe cleaning service. Would use again.

They gave us excellent service. It was worth it, I would call them again. The technician called his supervisor to make sure everything got done in a timely manner and would not require a second service.

The first time he came he charged $130, and the 2nd time, it was $278 to replace the board. The problem was the same as when I called him, the temperature wouldn't come up correctly and still today it isn't fixed. Couldn't get anyone to come out and rectify it. The attitude of the owner was lousy. He was going to send the same guy back out and I told him no way.

Well, they did an excellent job of replacing the board and it worked for some time until once again it recently broke down. Out of the goodness of his heart the serviceman came back out and actually installed the top boar back into the one below, so we would at least have dish washing ability until the new part comes in. We are awaiting this, but won t do anything about it until we return in the fall.
