The trainers and classes are great as is the size of the gym. There is a nursery on-site for my children and the facility is clean and I would recommend their service to others.

The person who signed me up was cordial and knowledgeable enough, I've been a member of several other fitness clubs so I didn't really have a lot of questions or concerns. The biggest problem I had was with the two free personal training sessions they promise. I made an appointment for my first session, and made arrangements where I work to be off so that I could attend. The Anytime Fitness personal trainer was 45 minutes late and didn't even offer an apology. He spent about 10 minutes talking to me, mostly spent telling me what we would do on my second session. I was so disappointed. Having a trainer really motivates me and I was looking forward to a personal training session to kick start me back into an improved fitness routine, which I definitely need. The second thing I that was a big factor in my decision to join the Anytime Fitness Center was that the treadills,ellipticals, etc. have little televisions you can watch and listen to with ear phones while you work out - takes some of the tediousness out of work outs, BUT: They do not work!!!! One treadmill gets one channel. One of the bikes gets only a Spanish channel. The rest of them were useless.

I was looking to purchase a gym membership to improve my health so I made an appointment to meet with a staff member at Anytime Fitness. The staff member was very friendly and took the time to show me around the entire gym, explain all of the classes available to me and showed me how to properly use all of the gym equipment. The staff member was very knowledgeable and gave me information about personal trainers and recommended various protein bars and shakes that would best help me meet all of my fitness goals. The members of the fitness center are very friendly as well. An important factor for me about Anytime Fitness is that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Having the fitness center available to me all day every day, now I have no excuses to not work out. Overall, I had a great experience at my first visit to Anytime Fitness and because I had such a great experience, I became a member of this fitness center.

We can go at any time, and it is a nice place to go to. They have good equipment, which is in good working condition. The people are nice, and we like the facility. The price is very reasonable, and their customer service is very good. There is a really nice young girl at the desk. She is very friendly and knows everybody's name. If I forget somebody's name, she will very sweetly and discreetly give it to me, which I think is very nice. If we ask for anything, they will take care of it right away. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
