Josh was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to explain his findings, took many pictures and included them in a written, comprehensive report that was completed the same day as his inspection. We purchased a newly built home with a one year warranty. My husband and I debated hiring an independent company to do a home inspection. We are so glad we did! Josh found issues that we wouldnâ t have known about or found on our own. The builder is fixing the issues at his expense and my husband and I have peace of mind knowing that there wonâ t be costly surprises down the road.
