I contacted All Phase Electric the morning of Monday, December 7 regarding the installation of a ceiling light in a dining area.  I was told that someone would come to look at the project either that afternoon or the next.  Six days later and I have not heard from anyone.

The price was good and the installation went very well. No Problems.

Needed annual service performed on our Generac 35K generator. Searched the Generac site, located/contacted All Phase Electric Service of Fort Myers. Was assured by All Phase they had Generac Certified technicians and one would be sent to perform the annual service. Had to wait approx one week for Generac service kit to arrive (ordered by All Phase), then tech came out. To start off, oil change performed was done without even starting or warming the engine/oil, as the tech said he didn't want to burn his hands!!! (engine 101 says engine oil is ALWAYS changed with the oil warm, so all dirt and oil contaminants flow out with the old oil)Next the technician installed the brand new starter we had ordered two weeks earlier from All Phase, AND as it turns out, the technician didn't wire the new starter installation correctly, as we learned by another Generac Certified technician/company (Superior Commercial - Mike) a few days after asking the All Phase guy to leave our property due to his blatant incompetence , this incorrect wiring of the starter prevented the generator from starting. When the All Phase technician couldn't figure out what was wrong, he made several calls to his office and other techs in the field, then finally a call to the Generac Support line for certified technicians to get help. While on this call, it was discovered the All Phase electrician/technician did NOT even know the difference between ac and dc on his volt meter, as all of the dc tests he was attempting to perform, were with his meter in the ac setting. When questioned by the Generac Tech Support person over speaker phone to perform certain tests of wires and to perform a wire resistance test, he looked at his meter with a puzzled look, then replied his meter couldn't check resistance (the ohm setting, which every meter has....the All Phase tech just didn't know how to perform such test). The All Phase tech then claimed we needed to replace the entire wiring harness on the generator, and he would need to get a price. As it turns out, due to his inability to use a volt meter, the only problem was he installed and wired the new starter incorrectly....the wire harness was fine!!!To finish things off, our Generac system operates on natural gas, and when the All Phase tech attempted to stand from a sitting position next to the generator, he grasped the rubber fuel lines going from the gas valve to the carburetor and pulled himself up!!!! Which upon further investigation, we have learned Florida State Law says unless a technician has a 08-03 A Gas License, they are not permitted to service or work on gas operated equipment. It is actually a third degree felony, and this is now being investigated by the State of Florida, as neither the technician nor All Phase Electric appear to hold a valid 08-03A License with the State of Florida.In fact, it has become clear to us thru online research, individual technicians employed by companies are not required to individually be licensed, as long as the company holds a license. Which means it's a very god chance the electrician sent to your home or business is NOT even educated, tested, certified, or LICENSED as a electrician. Do you home work, check out each and every "electrician" to be sure he himself holds a license, which means he's at least capable of using a volt meter. Do a google search in the State of Florida Electrician License and see if your tech is licensed.

The estimator showed up on time. He listened, took notes and did not try to sell me anything. Once agreed the workers also showed up at their appointment and worked constantly until I was satisfied. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Price quoted was tripled. After a call the price was reduced to double the estimate. While the work was completed properly, the price was very high.

Things went very well. Site was keep clean. They had a few obstacle becasue of the age of the house but did a good job to overcome them and they coordinated the job well to minimize power being off in the house.

They've done work for us previously and they are always very professional and helpful.
