Wonderful! Alex and Dawn do a great job and are so accommodating to help us with anything we may need. We feel so confident when we are back in Minnesota that our condo is well cared for. We are extremely pleased with their regular cleaning service as well as their opening and closing services. I didn’t come down to Florida to clean and they do a fine job. Couldn’t be happier with them! When we asked where to get our screens repaired, they just took care of it. They let us enjoy our winter without the little worries of small repairs. If Alex can’t fix it, he knows who can.

Alex and his wife came to my home on time per our appointment, replaced my garbage disposal in no time and sat with me to discuss what homewatch needs I would have while away. They structured my contract to my needs and now I can have peace of mind while I am away knowing that they are making weekly visits and documenting anything that is out of place, checking for leaks etc. They will also do a deep cleaning and open the house up for me before I come back down. I am thrilled with Alicea Homewatch and will recommend to all of my friends and family.
