It was quite a small job but he came right away and did it. A piece of the edging on the shelf had come loose and he fixed it. He said that was something that had come defective from the factory and he made it right. He didn't charge me anything for that service. He just did it very quickly and got out of here. He seemed to be a little bit unprofessional because he talked too much.

I was very satisfied with his work, and delighted that he could get it done before Christmas. I had an estimate from another vendor that was 25% higher, would have taken 4 weeks wait, and he flat out refused to have his installers put the existing unit back onto the wall, saying they did not work on someone else's construction (the original company seems to be out of business, or I would have used them again).

They showed up on time to do the work. He is very obliging and accommodating. We've hired them since to do other work as well. We would recommend them to others.
