It was the smoothest process dealing with Adler. THE best experience I have actually had in working with a Florida business; from the first phone call to the final inspection. I highly recommend Adler for their customer service, workmanship and pricing- it goes unmatched! Thank you- I have already told many neighbors about them and will continue to tell people I know that also need a repair or an entire roof, like we did.

No leak on first rain

Selected Adler Roofing after interviewing and receiving 5 quotes. Narrowed down the list of roofers by asking around locally and from Angie's List. Initially planned to go with cement tile but had over a six month wait due to backlog. Changed mind during wait and decided to go with standing seam aluminum. Job started in late January and completed in 6 working days. Office staff was excellent and answered my many questions promptly and with patience. Work crew was very professional, worked hard, and was very careful about our property. Special recognition to Gloria, who schedules the work, and Tom, who is charge of the metal roofing part of the business. Adler was not the lowest price, but was close enough to the lowest price that their professionalism gave me the confidence that the differential was worth it to work with a company that would get the job done with minimal issues. i would definitely recommend Adler Roofing for a metal standing seam roof installation.

Exceptional professionalism from the office and field staff. All questions were managed promptly (within 24 hours or less). Consistent communication with the office staff, particularly Gloria, eliminated surprises while offering a knowledgeable "go to" person to address our needs. Exceeded our expectations with responsiveness in all aspects and very fair business practices, as echoed by our neighbors that had utilized AdLer in the past. We would hire AdLer Roofing again in a heartbeat!!

Everyone I met with and/or talked to over the phone with Ad-Ler Roofing were very professional and personable. The various crews that were sent out were hard working, friendly and polite. I felt the price was cometitive and the time to complete this project was as I was originally told. I have lived in this area for over 50 years and have used this company before. This is a third generation roofing company that has been in this area for as long as I have lived here. I would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the work. They even came back again after Irma to check for any leaks and there weren't any.

We had a palm tree fall on the front of our house during Hurricane Irma and about a dozen tiles were broken. After waiting for over 5 months to get an estimate from another roofing company I looked for more options on Angies List and found Adler Roofing. I called and they came out the next day to inspect the roof and assess the damage. I got an estimate a few days later which I felt was very reasonable in price. About a week after signing their contract Adler came out a did the repairs. The crew they sent did a great job and the repair looks perfect. They harvested tiles from an area of the roof not easily seen and put those on the front of the house to repair the damage. The roof looks perfect, as if nothing was done. Fortunately I had been able to locate a source of the obsolete Pioneer roof tiles similar to the originals. They were used on the side area to replace the originals that were used to repair the front as the replacements were slightly different in color. Overall great response and service from Adler Roofing. If I have future roofing needs Adler would be my first choice.

Adler won our bid for a re-roof with the lowest price and pleasant staff. We got off to a great start but a materials shortage halfway through the job paused our progress long enough for Hurricane Irma to hit. Work after the storm was sloppy and had to be re-done, but Adler stepped up their game at the end sending a great supervisor and crew to make it right. They scrapped the badly done wor and fixed it right. They also extended our warranty for two extra years and gave us a reasonable discount to compensate for our troubles. Every contractor can have a bad day or have a job go badly. I'm impressed with the way they did what was needed in the end to make us happy. I think the problems we experienced were very abnormal and because of the great finish, I'd hire them again.

They were able to get me on their schedule within weeks after signing the contract (which after a hurricane is remarkable). Extremely courteous communications. Had samples of shingles out to me immediately for review by my HOA. Once started, the job was completed within a few workdays. Adler came recommended to me by one of the major home builders in the area as being highly reliable - they lived up to that referral.

These folks were so responsive, completed everthing professionally, addressed every issue, did a great job. We had a leak. They came right out and covered roof, provided sample tiles and addresses of homes where they had installed tiles. The managers checked the job every step of the way. Would definitely hire again.

Last fall my wife and I decided that it was time for a new roof after having minor leaks the previous two years. Our choice was between three local companies. All three companies currently are well known in Fort Myers, have a BBB rating of A+ and have been in business for at least 25 years. After a thorough decision making process our choice was AD-LER Roofing. Number of years in the roofing business - To me, this determines if the company has financially demonstrated that it is sound enough to withstand state/national economic fluctuations. AD-LER has been in the roofing business for 29 years. Historic reputation of the company - AD-LER has an excellent reputation of roofing construction from Orlando to Marco Island, Florida during their 29 years in business. My personal experience interfacing with AD-LER, from working with the company representative discussing what the total roofing construction process would consist of, to working with the competent/ professional staff and project supervisor, my high expectations were always met. I also corresponded with previous customers of AD-LER who spoke positively of their roofing outcome. The contract process - Ryan Gartrell was my original contact person with AD-LER. Ryan listened to our roofing wants and needs and then explained our different options with AD-LER. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his answers and very patient with our questions. My wife and I felt much more informed about the process after talking with Ryan and it made us feel more comfortable with our choice. Additionally, AD-LER's cost was very competitive. Construction process - I found that every phase of the roofing process, from taking my old roof tile off to the new finished roof, was done very professionally, as I was told by Ryan that it would be. From the project supervisor to each individual crew member that was involved, all seemed like their team goal was to provide my wife and I with the best roof possible. Extra care was also taken to protect my house, driveway, and property during the construction process. Post roofing completion follow-up - Any post-roofing completion issues were promptly and professionally dealt with by the AD-LER team. Recommendation - Based on all aspects of roofing experience, if I were able to go back nine months to last fall and start the decision making process all over again, AD-LER would again be my choice hands down.

Very well.  The workers showed up as scheduled, were well-mannered and did the appropriate work.  So far so good, and a leak they fixed a couple of years ago has held up fine.  It's important to have a good roofer if you live in Florida!

 When I called about my leaking roof an appointment was made for a worker to come out to find the cause of the leak.  He arrived as scheduled, took pictures, + showed me where the leak was coming from.  I was called the next day with an estimate of the cost + set up an appointment to have the work done.  The same worker came out as arranged, explained to me what he was going to do, answered any questions I had, + completed the job.  Ad-Ler gave a one year guaranty against defective workmanship + leaks.

I found this company to be efficient + customer friendly.

They did an okay job, the roof looks good now and it has been about three years. They did a little damage to my driveway when they unloaded the tiles. They give me a rebate on the work to make up for the mistake. I would probably use them again but I hope I don't have to!

They were wonderful. We had just had a horrible experience with another roofing company that gave us the run around for four months and then never showed up to do the work. We contacted this company that had been recommended to us several years back and they came right out and gave us a very fair estimate ($10,000 less then the other company) and within a week they were on the job. We were very impressed with the man in charge name John and he kept us informed on the progress of the work and what they found and repaired. When he found something they missed, he got right on it and had the men fix it. The whole thing was done in a few days and they cleaned up everything after themselves as well. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone. To top it off, they sent us a huge beautiful basket of flowers to thank us for our business.
