He came out after I fixed an appointment with him over the phone. He had a look at my carpet and told me upfront that he is not going to guarantee if the spot on my carpet is going to come out or not. But, he did a great job. He was so personable. He had his whole unit with a truck at the back. All he needed was some water from the outside faucet and he had all the other cleaning products in the truck. He was very thorough and he did the stain much lighter. I didn't have to touch anything. He moved everything and did a clean job. He also accepted a check. There was no issues or problems with it. They were very polite and friendly.
