They came out the first time and ordered a control panel. They came back and installed it but it was still broke. We discovered this after they left. The third time they said it needed a new tub and new gears. They told my husband it would be a week to a week and a half to order the part. They never ordered the part and they never came back out. They would not answer our calls. They were sent out by our warranty company and the warranty company fired them after this happened. We would never use them again.

It was excellent. They fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. The guy was very professional. It was all excellent, I have never been so satisfied in my life with an appliance visit.
