It was kind of a simple job. They offered slightly different products, but this is what they specialize in. I knew what I wanted so I called around and got prices.
I specifically asked him to bring samples of 2and quot; white faux wood blinds so we could choose them if we were happy with the price.
He arrived on time and measured the windows then informed us he didn't have any samples with him, he said he would return in approximately 1 hour as their shop is just around the corner.
He never returned or called again. I called him the next day and left a message saying we're still interested but he nor anyone at the company ever called me again.
"We made a couple attempts to call the customer we never had a response back. We are located around the corner from this customer. So why would we not return any calls. This would make a great opportunity to serve our local customers. We strive on customer relationships."
They were on time for both visits and the delivery time for the purchase was as promised.
Their pricing was better than 2 other local companies and based on the delivered product, we feel they provided good value.
Would definitely use them again.
