My experience working with Kris Knapp of 2k Flooring couldn't have been better. He came out promptly to give me an estimate. He has a wide selection of wood, tile and carpet samples. We chose bamboo flooring and it was installed about a week later. We were replacing carpeting in a 2nd floor room and were concerned about sound buffering. Kris took the time to explain the different options and prices of the floor muffler underlayments available to us. The installers were also excellent. They were clean and neat, and answered any questions I had about the installation process.
This is the 3rd time we have used Kris Knapp for flooring and wouldn't use anyone else. His showroom is about 1 block off the road but not hard to find. We have always gotten several estimates from other companies but consistently chosen 2k Flooring in the end. Just a great, down to earth company that still believes in providing great customer service!
