SUNSTREAM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This certainly went better for us than it duid for Maureen. We first contacted her in 2010 to ask for her help in finding an income property.  We had to put those plans on hold because of family emergencies, but I never forgot how helpful she had been.  She set me up with a login to Listingbook, and occasionally dropped me a line.  This year, we were finally ready to begin our search again.  She helped us find a perfect property for us, even though it is very different from what we had told her we were looking for (and what I thought we were looking for). 
The closing had to be done long-distance because my husband and I had work deadlines that interfered.  Maureen was incredibly helpful with the inspection, the walkthrough, and helping us resolve some problems that came up regarding repairs to the property. 
Maureen is an active listener who modified her selection of properties based on what she saw and heard, and not just based on what I said.  She explained a lot about the area, the choices, and the legal issues we knew nothing about before we started this adventure.  I can't wait to have our fist big family party in our new vacation home.  Maureen will be at the top of the guest list!
