Description of Work: Worst experience I have had in a long time. Poor customer service. Cable didn't work. Internet didn't work. Called several times. Very friendly before I paid my money. Afterwards very poor customer service all the way around. There are so many choices to pick from for a good renting experience, don't risk using this company.

Description of Work: Accused me of damaging property weeks after I left and charged over $1000. I did no damage. Difficult to defend an accusation weeks later and after you are back in another state. Beware. Not ethical behavior.
