Rob and his crew did a great job on our roof and our insurance company thought he was accurate on his assessment and with estimate. The problem I have had with Rob is once you have paid the final bill he will not answer your calls and will not call you back after leaving voicemail. We found out that the Final Inspection was never completed in Lee County. I finally got ahold of him last week from my wife's phone and he answered, he informed me he would get the permit issue resolved. I checked with the county permitting department today and nothing had been done. I went and took care of it myself and have an inspection scheduled so we can get our Homeowner's insurance renewed. I have never dealt with an individual or company like this before and he did the same thing to a friend of mine just recently. I would definitely consider all of this before moving forward with his company.

Rob and his crew were excellent! He was very professional, pricing was the best and quality was above par. His crew was super clean, very quick, and polite. My roof was done in no time at all. One week later my roof was tested with a rainstorm and there was no sign of roof leakage!! I highly recommend FMB!
