Very nice people. I was happy with their work. They came out when they said they would and finished on time. I think their price is competitive. I would use them again.

Arrived on time, Identified himself, familiarized him self with the problem.  Made the repair and because of less time charged less than the routine service call, also less than if I used Angies list coupon to have paid for regular call.

I called in early afternoon and Ed came over in about an hour to diagnose the problem.  He said that he did have some time and could fix it right away.  He completed the repair in about an hour, explaining what he was doing and once done, accepted the discount coupon I had printed from the business site.  He accepted my Visa card for payment.  He was knowledgeable and polite.  I will definitely use this company for any future work that needs doing.

I called the company after 2:00PM.  The phone contact had to check with the repairman and called me back a few minutes later and told me the repairman would stop before the end of the day. 

Ed showed up about 2 hours later.  He fixed the door it took about 2 hours to get the job done.  First he had to get the door down then he had to measure and cut the cables and install them.  This involved working with the springs, fixing one of the rollers that had come out because the door was caddy wompus in the frame and testing to make sure everything was working.

He also suggested a new door which we desperately need and can't afford right now.

I will definitely be contacting Garage Experts when we are ready to replace the door.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.|They were exceptionally professional, on time and delivered a superb product. I am the envy of my neighbours.

I called Garage Experts around 11 am, and they were at my home around 2 pm the same day.  The job was completed in about an hour.  The lady on the phone explained that if one spring had broken, the other would probably break again soon.  The cost of replacing the second spring at this time was much less than a repeal service call later, so I elected to replace both springs.  The repair man was courteous, professional and efficient.  The grange door now works again.

Ed came to the house to put in a new garage door opener. However upon examining the old one, told me I could just repair it.
This was great news, and I appreciated his honesty. He lubricated the door and did some adjustments when I stated how noisy it was. He also gave me lots of good information that I could do to quiet the door. He was professional, quick, and knew his business. He was friendly and most of all HONEST. Great job! I will use them for all my garage door needs.

Very professional and work done in a timely manner

I called these folks at 8 AM because my garage door would not lift.  A gentleman arrived less than three hours later and replaced both springs--I elected to replace both even though only one was broken--and was done in an hour.  I have hired this company in the past and they are reliable, fast and the work sound.

Went fantastic!  Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.  So relieved to have the garage door opening again!
