This guy Lider is a lier and a thief. he starts off with good stories. he was to tile my entire house level tiles and bathroom to be done in 3 weeks he told me he has lots of guys to work. he dont and don't know how to do tiles.... he overcharged me more than $19,000. and left me floors undone and no tiles on the wall. the concrete was not mixed properly. all the tiles was taken up after paying him. he lies too many stories. He don't call back Now I have to hire someone else to re-do the entire job I am looking for a good attorney to go after them

Very professional and take pride in a job well done. They are hard working and have an eye for detail. They've taken care of my home twice in the last six years and if I stay in the area, I will call them for my next bathroom or kitchen project.

They did a very good job closing holes in an outside wall for me. They made sure they sealed it the right way so if we needed future access to the pipes inside we could get to them. A little pricier than I expected but the thorough job was well worth it!

A gentleman came by Wednesday evening to estimate. Started work next day on Thursday. Completed work on Friday. They took extreme means to keep dust etc. contained in the bathroom. Laid down plastic on floor path from bathroom to back door. I cannot begin to tell you how great a job they did. This company is the antithesis of the normal Florida vendor, That take forever to get something done, and then it's hardly ever a good job. I highly recommend using Yubi's for any and all tile work

The best contractor in south Florida, on time, professional, clean and did a perfect job. Thatâ s difference between mediocre contractors and professional. Itâ s all about the details and workmanship.

They damaged property and will not pay or return calls. Unfortunately, after doing excellent repair work, one of their employees collided with our neighborhood gate system. After ignoring threats from the Homeowner association to file a police report, Lider and Yubi promised they would take care of it but they never did. Irresponsible behavior, so beware!

The person that came to my house wanted to charge me $100 for a written estimate. He refused to provide me a free written estimate even though I had asked for one over the phone when I called for an appointment.

On June 28, 2019, my quartz countertop was removed to be reinstalled. I was given a target date for the completion of July 13, 2019. Today, I still have no countertop. I have received multiple promises from Lider with installation dates. Today, I still have nothing. He has returned my deposit, but not my stone, which he finally admitted was damaged by his company. I was told fabricating a new countertop would take 10 -13 days. It has now been 4 months. I had previously written a poor review which I had removed as Lider promised immediate remediation. nothing so far. In some jurisdictions, this would be considered Petit larceny since he has failed to return my property.
