Did a heavy clean.   Very impressed and they did everything that I asked them to do.   House smelled great and my tile floors never looked this good.   Would highly recommend.

The first time she came I was a little wary, because she looked so young. {she is actually in her early 30's). FOr several times I have stayed home while she does the cleaning, essentially until she learns the house and the way we want things done. She has a contagious smile too :-)
This last time, I had to make several short hop errands, and asked Telma if she would wash the shower curtain in my bathroom when she had a chance. I told her I would be back before 12 to give her payment for the day. I might we have a 15 year old dog who does not like strange people in the house, After the third time, he began waiting for her at the front door. So when I went to run my errands today. I left our dog loose in the house and Telma was comfortable. They get along well together.
We had also piled furniture in a den area, which had come from my recently closed office, so she had to work around that. And she did, with a simple hard working attitude and a contagious smile. She takes her time and makes sure the job is done properly the first time. She has not broken anything either. I know it happens, but the chnaces are reduced if the cleaner is taking their time in handling the objects with respect.
She is always within a few minutes of her 9:00 am start time, and usually early. She had a family Thing once but called saying she would be there about 15 minutes late. She showed up at 9:15 as promised.
I would recommend Telma without hesitation.

It was the best decision I ever made when I hired You Have it Maid. Telma and her staff are wonderful and they do a spectacular job. They are trustworthy and treat my home and my belongings with the utmost respect. The house is always spotless and everything put back in its original place. I couldn't ask for a better cleaning staff. I've recommended You Have it Maid to a number of my friends who are happily using the service.
