Received a verbal estimate from Serge in August. I asked him when he could do the job and he said in a weel and a half. Several weeks went by. I called him and we signed a contract on 9/11/18. He said he would do the job early on Thursday of the following week. The day before I called him to see if he was still coming and he said he was behind in his work, so it would be week after next. The day before the appointment I called him and he said he was behind on a JC Penney job, but he could do it on the following Sunday. We set a time of 3pm. Meanwhile, I had requested copies of his license and insurance several times via e-mail but he never responded. When he showed up to do the work on Sunday I asked him for those documents and he said he didn't have them with him, but would go and get them. He never came back! I called him to find out what was going on, but both of his phone numbers had full voicemail boxes and weren't accepting any messages. Really, how unprofessional can you get?!! His company certainly won't be doing any work around our home. Buyer beware of this company.

Serge of WiseMinds is a very responsive and accommodating professional who does good work. Definitely recommend. We just purchased a new home and needed both the electric panels replaced as a condition of closing. Probably reached out to half a dozen electricians. Serge’s pricing was competitive, but above all, he was by far the most responsive guy we spoke with. Over the last month I’ve called him and texted him a lot to coordinate different aspects of the work, including nights and weekends. From memory, he’s answered each call and, when texting, I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 5 minutes for a response. When you’re on a deadline to get work done and there are multiple steps to coordinate, quick response time is invaluable. We’re learning that this is not normal with most contractors. Really happy with Serge’s work, which was permitted and approved by the town. Will call for future jobs.

I asked my son to dig a hole for me and ran into a wire underground. It wasn't serious damage, so I called went next door to speak the neighbor. Her son just happens to be Serge of WiseMinds. Very professional and fast

We were in from New York for a limited amount of time. On Saturday morning we heard a sizzling noise from an outlet. We shut off the breaker. We called Serge of Wisemind and on such short notice he promised he would come that day. He called us a half hour before he came to let us know he was on the way. He arrived and checked the outlet. He discovered that it was connected to another outlet and the wire had burned in the conduit pipe. He solved the problem and everything is in good working order. He was very professional and did a great job. We highly recommend him.
