I informed the company these are brand new impact windows with certification stickers on every window.. They need an initial clean for adhesives, oils, residue and other unwanted dirtiness... They could not get clean some areas and wanted to charge more than the quoted price.. We told him that was not fair and they knew in advance what they were getting into because I told them..
