I ordered 30 Dahlias from Whole Blossom on February 26 2014 paid for them as they requested. Our son's Bride wanted the Bon Bimi I was told not problem 4 days before the wedding they called and said they couldn't produce the Bon Bimi color. And gave us a choice of 3 colors. I asked if we could do a mix of the three colors...again, no problem. 2 days before the wedding our florist received the dahlias emailed me the pictures of the dahlias that was sent. They were old, stems broken and buds not open flowers. When I called Whole Blossoms is was well you can do this and that to get your money back, jumping through hoops like a trained seal. Thank goodness for our florist to be able to put together the brides bouquet. Out of 30 dahlias, 23 were damaged or were buds that wouldn't open by wedding day. In fact, today is 2 days after the wedding. I have them in my window and still haven't opened all the way. I will say, after I sent a email stating the poor customer service they have. The day before the wedding I received a call from Whole Blossoms offering me a full refund. The money was never the issue, it was the fact that they couldn't produce the dahlias and poor customer service. And tried to made it our florist issue. I would never order from this company again! And oh ya, they gave me a 5% off my next order! anyone want it?
