I packed everything and they hauled it. I don't think I would recommened them that much. They gave me one price, I thought it was pretty good, then I decided to take a few more things and they increased the price quite a bit so I wasn't too happy with that. They were on time, but the move did take longer than I anticipated as far as getting everything down here. I moved a garden tractor and they scratched it in the back. They managed to get it out of the truck and into the garage without me noticing. You have to sign off on the move and I did then a few days later I noticed it so I decided not to make a big deal out of it. That's just the way it is.

After reading less than stellar reviews of their company, I got cold feet and wanted to back out. Although some of the reviews I read said that the company was terrible in refunding money. I made a couple of phone calls to the agent servicing my original inquiry and he transferred me to a cancellation department where I got a voicemail. The voicemail said I would be contacted in 10-15 minutes. Three days later, hearing nothing, I sent an email to their customer service department reiterating that I wanted to cancel and asking for a confirmation that my deposit was going to be refunded. I received an email the following day, saying that the card had been credited with the full amount of the deposit. While they weren't overly communicative, I felt that they were reasonably responsive to my initial needs and my desire to negate a contract. I would rate their customer service between a B and C.

THEY DID NOT DO SUCH A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE PRICED VERY HIGH. THEY WERE LATE GETTING OUR THINGS TO THEIR DESTINATION. THEY BROKE A FEW THINGS ALONG THE WAY. THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR THE BROKEN ITEMS. WE WERE NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.
