We Care for You

Please learn from my mistakes and take your business elsewhere. Damaged/filthy items, a $3600 price increase, nonresponsive or rude customer support, horrible claim process, and refusal to participate in arbitration. One year of seeking resolution and nothing to show for it. This business provided moving services for my familyâ s move in June/July 2023. Here are my complaints: 1. They charged my $3600 more than my binding estimate and informed me of the increase AFTER everything was loaded into their truck. I had to pay the full charge in order to recover my belongings. 2. They took very poor care of our items, many items were damaged, and most items required significant cleaning. 3. Their claim process was very poor. Customer support was unresponsive throughout the process and their final settlement offer for damages was $137 (I estimate the cost is closer to $1500). The settlement offers didn't acknowledge or address my overcharge claim. 4. They have refused my request for an arbitration hearing, even though my claim is for less than $10,000. This is a direct violation of federal regulations. I feel strongly that this business should not be permitted to continue offering their moving services.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Here's how my mattress showed up. It was a shiny new $5,000 King Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid that I bought about a year before I moved. They had another company handle the move, and when things went south, they didn't take responsibility. I wrapped up the mattress before it was shipped out, but when it arrived, it was uncovered, dirty, and moldy, which wrecked my warranty. I basically lost all the money I spent on it. We had no choice but to leave it outside because it was drenched and weighed a ton from soaking up water. I've got a bunch of videos showing the whole mess in detail. The so-called insurance offered me a measly $62. Seriously, take a look at this mess and tell me what excuse they have for this. I hired We Care for You Moving to get my belongings from my old apartment to my new condo. They really exceeded my expectations because not only were they on time and extremely professional but, the guys were also very funny. They instantly built report and were very proficient at moving things. They got to my place and really got to work quickly. Before I knew it my apartment was completely empty. When all my possessions were moved into my new place there was about an hour of time left. They quickly exceeded my expectations by moving my new furniture to the appropriate spots and even put my brand new bedroom suite together. Any service I have received in the past pales in comparison to what I witnessed hiring these guys. It was worth every penny and I would strongly recommend this company in the future during what can be a stressful situation. I know I will!

We have used We Care for YOU moving team on two occasions. These guys are professional, courteous, organized and hard working. If you asked me what they could have done better or differently, than I would simply say nothing. I cannot recommend these guys enough - they are the best at what they do. I never had a single concern from start to finish with these guys. We will continue to use you guys both personally and professionally. Keep up the great work!!

If there was ever such a thing as an enjoyable move, this was it. We've moved several times over the years & were determined the next one would be done by We Care For You Moving. From start to finish, this was the least stressful, thanks entirely to the crew. They were fantastic-on time & under budget with witty & charming personalities to boot. I also want to thank the office crew for his expertise, his attention to detail & his obvious commitment to the company's clients. This truly was a moving experience!

Second time using We Care For You Moving...and this time was as great as the last ! The guys were great, very professional, helped take things apart and put them back together. Not a scratch on anything. Although I don't want to move for a while, I would use them again in a second!!

I had booked We Care for You Moving because I was going to be moving to a new apartment and had a few pieces that were going to be a nightmare to move (kegerator, piano, vintage keyboard). I also really, really hate moving. Before that moving day even came up I realized I would need movers at work for a large (800 lb+) machine we had ordered, so I called to see if they could handle that as well. Sure enough, they took on both jobs, and I was very satisfied on both occasions. The movers were friendly, organized, hardworking, and professional. Communication leading up to the move (and during the move, regarding how to handle certain pieces) was clear and effective. Definitely will use We Care for You Moving next time.

I had arranged for We Care For You Movers services with only about a week's notice for which they provided a quote immediately and with competitive pricing considering my move was within the same city. The team had arrived on time on my moving day and did an amazing job overall handling everything with care between homes.

The team were incredibly professional and made our move stress free. They worked so hard and were very polite. They even dealt with a very unreasonable individual who seamed to have an issue with where the moving van was parked when loading. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. We Care For You moving is the best moving company I have ever hired to handle a move. They had to drive to three properties in total and they handled every curveball with a smile and a helping hand. They were ahead of schedule at every stop and they took good care of all of the furniture and items they were transporting. I can't recommend their services enough.

I recently moved a house. It was a complex move with many large pieces of furniture and piano. They were up for the challenge - they arrived exactly on time and finished the job within 1/2 hour of the original estimate. The team worked hard the entire time and they were careful, courteous, and very professional.

We had a short notice move and these movers were able to accommodate us. The crew of 3 movers arrived a few minutes late but finished the move timely. They were all cheerful, energetic, helpful and accommodating. We had no damages to our personal items and property. We will refer them to EVERYBODY WE KNOW MOVING!

Dov, Nelson and Frank were awesome. They were extremely helpful, efficient and safe. The attitude of the moving guys was excellent, and they really hustled. They beat all my expectations. We had a difficult move with a piano and a pool table and they were so gentle and careful with it! I have some more furniture to be moved from other houses and I will definitely schedule with this company again!

We Care For You moving was excellent for my house move. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the customer service manager to the moving team. They took lots of care in wrapping all of my furniture, my mirrors, my appliances. Not to mention they did all of it with awesome attitudes. This company is really professional and definitely worth hiring. I would recommend them to all who are looking to move.

I was able to book a move in 3 days. The movers showed up on time. They were clean, polite, efficient, and had obviously been well trained. As my husband had had a bad fall and was slightly concussed, we asked them to move much more than originally intended, which they did happily. I paid more than I intended, but given the time and extra work it was still lower than quotes from from other companies, and good value for money. I thoroughly recommend We Care For You Moving, and wish all the best to the two young gentlemen who moved us.

Great team! Efficient and smooth. Understood the stress of moving and took care with everthing. Nothing scratched, nothing broken and all was done quickly (an hour under the estimated time!). Andrew, who wraped the furniture was great in helping figure out where things should be placed in the new apartment/condo and good to talk with about moving. Hello, We moved homes on 29 March, and were very pleased and happy with the service provided by We Care For You Moving, starting with the quote and scheduling the move with Dov, it was a smooth ride. On the day of the move, the movers sent me a text confirming the delivery address and the time they would be there, they were spot on arrived sharp at 12 noon as agreed. Nelson, Jason and Travis were very friendly before the loaded the truck they surveyed the entire home to have an idea of what was being transported. They took care to wrap every delicate item along with the heavy pieces and load it into the truck, they asked for instructions when they were unsure. We received all our items intact and in good condition. All items were put in exactly the right area as they were advised. Once again a very big thank you to the We Care For You moving team, would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Great jobð ¤ !!

Received a quote & booked online. Relocation from one address to another. Showed up on time as scheduled, very professional and pleasant. Took the time to wrap furniture and put clothes in a wardrobe box. I found the 2 gentlemen to be very conscientious - they treated the move as of they were moving their own property to/from and were respectful of my mom's belongings as well as the apt into which she was moving, laying down floor protection and wrapping corner walls. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and the movers.

The 3 guys were very careful to securely wrap and unwrap all of my furniture. Everything, including antique pieces arrived safely. They needed to disassemble a sofa bed to fit through the doors, and take legs off another one, but no problems. I was very happy with the movers. They were polite, friendly and very careful with my homes. For the company- The price was quite a lot higher than the quote. I feel they really underbid the job.

Highly reliable moving service. I moved two times with them over the last 7 months and they were always reasonable, personable and easy to work with. Their group of mover is simply outstanding and I can't recommend them highly enough. They even changed schedule in last minute due to some personal problems of mind. Really appreciate it. Really satisfied of how things went in my last move using their services. They are very easy to work with and will go extra mile for the customer. The packing of our stuff was done professionally and carefully. The movers were energetic and efficient and everything arrived safely and on time. Their rate was much better than the other 2 companies we contacted. Overall, great experience!

These guys are the best! They actually showed up when they said they would, worked as a team quickly, safely, and efficiently to move all my furniture and boxes. They took extra care when moving my antique, over-sized, heavy, solid wood corner cabinet. They were the best priced as well. I will definitely use them again for my next move.
