Removed old gutters on one day allowing me to paint and service my facia. Returned 2 days later for the install. We worked together on scheduling as my request was abnormal. Happy as can be !

Great installation, had a problem with some fascia boards that were cover by old gutters, they called me and came back in a later time to install that section after it has been repaired, thank you for that.

Great, we have used them in the past and we will use them again.

Start time was delayed due to hectic schedule but they called and began the next day. However, after the work was completed, my husband checked the gutter after a few days of rain, and the water was settling and not draining. I called the company and the owner was diligent in taking a look and getting the issue resolved. I found it easier to deal with Mark (owner) directly than the front office as he was more hands on responsive.

Very pleased with the installation and the choices that were available.  They were able to extend the downspout in one area well past the pool equipment.  Came on time, and job was done in under the time estimate I was given.  Would recommend this company without hesitation.

They were punctual, got right to work and were finished in less than one hour.  Work turned out nice. When I asked for an estimate in Feb 2015, they were also punctual and came to the house on time. I had to paint my house so I removed the old gutters myself to re paint the fascia first. They honored the price from Feb and reduced by $50 since I removed the old gutters.

The cleaning went well, the technician was pleasant but the leak was not fixed. I called the company to come back out to check the leak.
Ed the owner met at the house on 4/7/2016 with my a/c maintenance technician who was doing maintenance on the A/C.  Ed went on the roof, came down and told me he couldn't fix it and would cancel the requisition and before I could even answer him, he turned his back on me and started walking off.  I told him he was very rude as I was speaking to him, and asked him what I should do now as he is gutter person.  He said he had no idea and again turned his back and walked off.  As he walked off I told him I was a very dissatisfied customer. He continued to walk away.  
I found it surprising he had already had a requisition prepared as he was there to rectify the problem they didn't fix!  I was also amazed by his rudeness and lack of either knowledge or interest in trying to help me fix the gutter leak.
It turned out that the gutter was sagging which caused the water to puddle away from the downspout.  My a/c maintenance guy who I would highly recommend Sub Zero HVAC Services, got a pot of tar from his van and put some tar under the gutter to lift it!

 The first day of installation was very windy for one person on a high ladder, so the contractor suggested returning the next day with two persons. They did so and the job was completed very quickly (about an hour or less).

After the first day of heavy rain I saw the rear downspout was pouring in the recommended direction (away from the side yard) but the flow was bouncing off a tree and rebounding into my patio. The contractor assessed the issue and then at no charge, installed a diverter (elbow) the next day so the downspout flow would not rebound. Haven't had any heavy rain since, but it looks like the new spout should work great.

My old gutters were removed when my roof was replaced.  Didn't think I needed the gutters until a heavy rainstorm flooded my patio and the water almost came into the dining room. I called Watertite Gutter Co and they squeezed me quickly into their already packed schedule. They provided fast excellent service and were very professional and worked efficiently.  New custom gutters were created in one day. A couple years later they are still in place and work wonderfully. No more flooding of the patio.

Easy to schedule. They showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. Even showed up later for free to connect a diverter for a rain barrel.  Would use them again in the future.

We are very happy with the quality and service.  Ed is very fair and reliable - all appointments were on time as scheduled and on budget.
