"Work Completed 2005 Posting Member was not our customer his now wife and former husband were. Even though we were never paid in full for the job by the actual customer's we made numerous visits to the residence at The Members request one leak was related to work done by others which we sealed, I explained that the 2nd and 3rd issue reported was not related to the roof and what needed to be done to correct the issue. When explained there would be a fee and that the balance of the original work would need to be paid there became the problem. The members inspector who just happens to be a neighbor/ friend brought in a FLIR thermal imageing camera while myself and The Member were present and proved that the issue was not roof related. The member is not a very nice person to deal with he presents himself as educated and well manered at first but when he doesnt get his way watch out! He started screaming, using foul laungauge not only in person but on answering machine and in text messages. When threats and wishes of death on me and loved ones came into the mix it became to dangerous for me to continue to visit the location. If The Member has a ligitimate claim he has the option of presenting his case at no cost to the Florida Deptartment of Business and Professional Regulation at MyFlorida.com Thank you for taking the time to read my response to this post.
