I have used them a couple of times and if I have problems they are the ones I call. I generally have good experiences with them. They are good. They send a few guys out. They are normally priced too.

I bought a water heater at Home Depot. Oscar (my man!) installed it and cleaned up the spaghetti piping that was there. I real mess and he fixed it all. He also rerouted an A/C drain. Then he cut the wall in back of my fridge, found the water supply and connected the water for ice and cold water. Then he put in a new drain tube and tubes etc in my guest bath. Then he repaired a shower system another guy told me was unrepairable. A new one would have cost $450 so he saved me $375 on that alone. Great service.
