When the test results were returned, Dr. Summer called me on the phone and began rattling off the test results. I told her I wanted a written report for my records. This never came to me, two months later. When I told her the reasons for each of the tests, the necessity for each of the tests, and any alternatives to any of the tests were not discussed with me, she said I didn't bother to ask. Is that professional.... NOT!

VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale. He was the best of the four Veterinarians that I went to. I would go back to him before the other places. I was there like four hours. I understand that emergencies and things come us and it's totally out of their control. But why make an appointment and make me sit there for forty-five minutes. I used them October or November. I had to there a couple times. It was probably about $250. I think they are friendly, they are definitely competent. I wanted a particular procedure done and they were respectful of that. They were very positive and respectful and professional.

We took a stray cat to be checked out and we found the doctors and staff to be very nice and conscientious. They were able to do a lot of testing right there in the office. They referred us to a Board Certified Surgeon when we took another cat to them because surgery was needed. They diagnosed the problem and made a good recommendation to us. We will definitely go back.

My cat was feeling listless and I was very concerned as she's normally quite frisky. When a pet's behavior changes, it's important to make sure they get immediate medical care. When I phoned Imperial Point Animal Hospital, I was told to bring my kitty over right away. After waiting about 10 minutes, they took us in to one of the treatment rooms and she was diagnosed as being dehydrated, which is evidently common with cats. They gave her subcutaneous fluid, and within a few hours, she was back to her frisky self.
It did my heart good to see the kind and fast treatment that they provided. I was also advised to get her a drinking fountain with flowing water, as cats tend to drink moving water as opposed to water in a bowl. I purchased a pet fountain per their advice and she's been healthy and drinking water regularly since then.
While the treatment was not inexpensive, the care and kindness she received was worth every penny. If you love your pet, these folks are first rate!

I love them so much; I would never go anywhere else. My dogs are always happy to see them and that to me is a good sign. I have been using Dr. Stewart for 6 years and he has always been very kind to my dogs and treated them well. I believe they are only open Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sunday. The rates I will not say are cheap, but I think they are not any higher than anywhere else. I pay $150 per dog each time I go.

Disappointing. My dog was sick for several days after his stay. I will never leave him there again.

ACADEMY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS A VERY WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY SWEET AND VERY KIND AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY DO THEIR BEST TO GET YOU IN RIGHT ON TIME. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
