+ -1 moreLuis lied, threatened and forced me to sign things after the fact. Smashed my belongings, and I believe he and/or his men stole my Persian rug. The missing box was a wardrobe box. The wardrobe boxes with the bars had nothing hanging on them. Every piece of clothing I own was thrown into the boxes and every piece has to be ironed. Pedro and Gabriel seemed to be great guys while packing. I called Gabriel since, and he has not bothered to return my call.
Description of Work: Got a price quote of $1500 wtih 1 month free storage flat rate - "no hidden charges." Once truck was loaded, I had to sign form saying additional charges for steps and long distance carrying. Luis gave a 3 day delivery date range, also I HAD to sign for 3-21 day delivery time frame after truck was loaded. After 5 days of waiting, Luis said if wants, he will take my stuff off truck and give back the deposit. Once delivered, I HAD to sign form stating all 90+ boxes were there, in good condition - an impossible request. I have since discovered a Persian rug missing along with comic book collection, weights, and crystal glasses were smashed. Boxes marked fragile were crushed. Antique mirror - packed by Gabriel who also packed a rug - smashed. Luis gave me a fake insurance company co. name. No effort to recover missing box number 96 with my rug in it. Would not answer calls. The new moving truck he showed me pictures of did not exist. In the end, there's nothing I can do but tell all.
