This was the first time I went to this salon. Scott worked on my hair and he was exceptionally polite and professional. He carefully took the time to determine what kind of color and cut I wanted, then went to work. I just loved the results: a rich, shiny color and an easy to maintain haircut. Scott said he stayed on the conservative side because it's better to play it safe when working with a new client, but he gave ideas of what we could try with the color next time. He also gave tips on how to maintain my new color.
There was another hairdresser there who seemed equally nice and polite. The salon itself was clean and nicely decorated. It was very refreshing to be in a salon that didn't have that and quot;we're so full of ourselvesand quot; atmosphere. The nicest surprise of all was the price. It was so reasonable!

After having a terrible experience at another salon the prior day, I met with Scott from Upper Cut he spent 2 hours working on my hair and did an amazing job fixing the coloring. I was very happy with the hair cut and the blowout. I highly recommend this quiet, relaxing hair salon where profesionals work their magic.

Scott was amazing! He met me at the door, consulted with me before beginning and made me feel comfortable my entire visit. Scott did my highlights which ended up looking so natural and gave me a cute, little cut. I highly recommend this salon. There are 2 stylists there and they are both amazing. They even have evening hours which is nice.

I highly recommend the location on North Federal. I have been going for almost 5 months and they are consistently good and I in turn am consistently happy. Which is hard to do.
