United Roof Systems

My husband and I were visiting our vacation home in Pompano Beach over Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived we noticed a few broken tiles on our roof. Being that Florida gets rain almost everyday we wanted to have it repaired immediately. We found United Roof Systems on Angie's list and scheduled an appointment for the same day at 1pm. Martin contacted us within 10 minutes to obtain further details regarding the repair and to confirm our appointment. Martin contacted us around 12:30pm to let us know he was running a little early and would arrive to our home within 10 - 15 minutes. After inspecting the area that was in need of repair, Martin offered to schedule a time for his crew to repair the tiles. Unfortunately we were only staying for few days and did not have the time to schedule a future appointment. Understanding our situation, Martin offered to repair the roof himself, though it may take a little longer without his crew. He did a great job, explained the reason for the issue, and inspected the entire roof to ensure nothing else was in need of repair. Being that we are new to the area it was great to have such a great experience. We highly recommend Martin and will continue to use Untied Roof Systems for future repairs or projects.
