I have used True Quality Wood Flooring in the past for a complete restoration of my wood floors. Neil came to my home recently and applied wood putty to some of my wood floor planks that were damaged by termites and didn’t charge me for his time. I will definitely use them in the near future for my wood floor restoration. Thank you Neil!

I looked online and found Neil from True Quality Wood Flooring, and he convinced me to let him to do a restoration on these (at one time) gorgeous floors. I can honestly say, it was the best decision I ever made. Just look at these pictures! I never thought the floors could be brought back to their original luster like this. I would wholeheartedly and highly recommend True Quality Wood Flooring to anyone who is considering ANY repairs, restoration, or anything else related to their wood floors. Phenomenal company, super hard-working, incredibly courteous and professional staff, just a five-star experience all around.

Not only did the floors turn out exceptionally well, but the level of service, professionalism, knowledge and skill I observed was truly second to none. I will post a before and after picture of the same section of floor just to give you an idea of how well they turned out. But not only did Neil do such a phenomenal job on restoring the floors, but did so in a timely manner, always careful to be very respectful of my tenants and their need to come and go throughout the day. After the job was completed, I did notice a very small, rather insignificant section of the flooring near the back stairwell (an area practically no one ever sees as it’s an emergency exit) that one of my tenants must have stepped on since I saw a few planks where the finish appeared to have been smudged. One quick text to Neil however, and the guy shows up THAT DAY, himself, and without questioning a thing, completely re-finished that area citing his need to ensure both perfection, and complete customer satisfaction with his work.

Neil attended promptly and quoted within 24 hours. Was happy to discuss scope, advise on best way forward and adjusted price accordingly. Turned up on time on date agreed and all technicians were polite, interesting, hard working and looked after our furniture / home. Work completed to very high standard and stain matched EXACTLY. We were delighted with standard of work and felt very comfortable with them in our home.

Neil charges $35. For an estimate but deducts it from the cost if a contract is signed. He showed us pictures of the work they had done in the past on an iPad and was pleasant and professional. I felt comfortable hiring him. On the appointed day, which we selected, the men arrived. Movers had taken all the furniture out of the house into a storage container in the driveway. In two days the floors were completed as promised. Painters came in after. When we got back in the house, we were thrilled with the beautiful floors, but unhappy with the floors in a couple of the closets. Neil came over right after we called and got to work to fix them to our ultimate satisfaction. We are so pleased we hired this company and will be calling them back for refurbishing in the future. Thankfully, we never have to take out all the furniture again! Highly recommended.

True Quality Wood Flooring, Inc were very good. They came in time and were very friendly. They were tremendous.

I couldn't have been happier.  they helped move the furniture.  they were on time in the morning.  they worked hard and cleaned up afer themselves.  I would make one small suggestion.  Make sure they close the pathways to the other rooms.  If they are not done correctly dust can easily get in. would definitely use them again.

Awesome - very professional and hard working. The project was well managed, workmanship was great - I would recommend them for any hardwood flooring job. They were also significantly cheaper than three other quotes I got on Angie's List!
