The owner of the company would not take most calls. Time if installation was set several times. No calls were made to us about rescheduling and we were left on our own to try and reach the owner for new dates. Since we were made to sign a contract and pay 10% at signing so we were held hostage by this company. When owner was reached he was rude and very ill mannered. We Would highly recommend staying away from this company.
Description of Work: Shutters were installed incorrectly. The wrong frame was used on the wrong windows causing a lopsided effect. Installer drilled a large hole in the balcony base which had nothing to do with installation process. He did not tell me about this accident and did not repair the hole. The workmanship is extremely inferior and we believe the shutters will have to be replaced in a few years due to inferior material and components.
