They were late picking the car up, but that didn't become an issue.  When they called to say the car was ready, they took my card over the phone.  When they dropped it off, they asked for cash.  I didn't like that.  I wish they would have told me ahead of time.  The car was in good condition.  They did a good job.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Transport driver caused over $600 in damage to front bumper in transit. Then the driver presented a forged unsigned Bill of Lading claiming the damage was present at pick up. I provided the company with pictures of the vehicle being loaded undamaged in Florida and being unloaded damaged in Texas. Office personnel were very friendly but otherwise non-responsive.

I had to leave before they could pick it up so I left the keys with the hotel. I was a little uneasy about it but everything worked out ok. Everything was okay and I would use them again.
I did this before and the other shipper who was jpaid to deliver to my house called and asked me to meet them 30 miles away so that he wouldn't have to get far off the highway. Total Car shipping delivered to my house as contracted. No complaints.
