They are very courteous, professional, and thorough.  Straight A's.  It is perfection.  They work hard and are very thorough.

Jeannie is very professional and detailed oriented. She really cares about cleaning our house and asks questions to make sure we like how she is cleaning. She even helped me with a pet "accident" when helping me clean the house before guests arrived.

She did a good job with the cleaning. She was very accommodating, professional and friendly.

She gave us a discount b/c she was a few minutes behind and was excellent and trustworthy.

Jeannie is really detail oriented. The cleaning took a little longer and was a little more expensive than we planned, but worth it. She even cleaned the knick-knacks, dusted the pictures and arranged  things to make everything look very pretty. She called the night before to confirm the appt, and showed up on time both days. She walked through the house with me to show me everything she had done and to make sure everything was done right before she left.

It was great from beginning to end.  She always returned my phone calls promptly and showed up exactly when she said she would.  The house was extremely dirty due to my 2 cats and a dog (and a one year old), but that didn't scare her one bit.  She did a great job of getting all the animal hair cleaned up.  Her price is very reasonable and I plan on using her again!

Excellent. She called when she said she would, came right on time, and was professional in every way. Her standards of cleanliness met or exceeded my expectations. In addition, she was pleasant and clear about what I could expect. Jeannie was also very detail-oriented, which I appreciated. She gave me her price per hour on the phone in advance, and the price was just that. She was enthusiastic and incredibly hard-working. She also came on short notice, which was welcome in my situation.

Overall, Jeannie is an excellent house cleaner. She comes with her own product which she knows will do the job perfectly. I am very pleased with the outcome and Jeanne will be returning to clean on a routine basis.
