First off let me say that he's our regular lawn guy and I couldn't be happier with their service. Scott is personable and a down to earth, no nonsense guy and he'll tell you what you need.
We were getting our house tented and needed some plants moved out. We called him on a Thursday and he personally came out the next day and said even though he's busy, he'll try to come out and do it if he can squeeze it in. He did and he came out with his guys and got the job done. He's a good guy and sat and chatted for a good while. I've used him for about a year now and will continue to use him. I even recommended him to a good friend and he called Scott and couldn't be happier.
I pass his name along as much as I can.

Scott and his team have been providing lawn and landscape maintenance for my home on a weekly basis. They always arrive on the scheduled day of the week and do their job nicely. Whenever I have things I'd like to add or problems I want addressed, a quick email to Scott, and it gets resolved during the next visit. I came to Scott from another landscape maintenance provider that frequently missed the scheduled day and did a very basic job (cut the lawn). Scott's company has been reliable and consistent and makes me feel he cares about the property.

They planted palms for me and they are coming back to do the groundcover next week due to the rain. They have offered some great suggestions for my yard. They were very careful with the removal and didn't damage anything. The manager actually comes out and helps with the project which I appreciate.

The worst experience! We hired Scott Triaino of Top Cut to lay sod at a
duplex. The process took weeks. We were promised weed kill before the sod and
gravel was laid. It never happened. He showed up a handful of times to give a
few instructions to his crew and left. We basically managed the job as he was never there. He left a
few areas undone for almost two weeks. We had to fight to get it finished and
in the end didn't get what we were promised. Horrible service.
Then when the bill came it was $450 higher than the estimate, claiming that
it took more sod because our measurements were wrong. What contractor doesn't
take his own measurements before estimating a job? That's his responsibility, not ours
After sending an email to complain of the extra charges and poor service.
The response was and quot;I'm not going to retire of this joband quot; and quot;and for what you paid,
you should be thrilledand quot; and quot;And what I gave you was an estimate. I'm sure you know
what an estimate isand quot; and quot;When can I get my checkand quot; and it got worse after that. The
most unprofessional and inappropriate response to an unhappy customer.
We paid the total under protest as the tone of his emails left us concerned
about retaliation.
