TONY'S LAWN SERVICE

He came and told us that he never received a check or lost the check so we wrote him another check and he cashed both of the checks. My husband called him and told him that he cashed both checks and he said that he would look into it and he has never called us back. I fired him before that for lying to me about coming out and mulching my yard and he never showed up. When he finally did show up 2 weeks later to cut my yard, since he was already in the middle of it I told him please this is the last I'll need of your service and gave him the check. Then he came by again and told my husband I never gave him a check, so he wrote him another one. I was sick when he came over for the second check. The day my husband wrote the second check I checked the bank and he had not cashed the first check, but the next day he had cashed both of them. I guess he didn't like me firing him.
