TODAY'S COMPUTERS

Well, I had a friend who had a good experience with this company and it is in an easily accessible location, so I thought I would give it a try. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my laptop, I was treated with professionalism (unlike another place I had once taken my computer, where I was treated in a very patronizing manner). They gave me a call regarding what was wrong and the approximate cost within a timely manner. Although they were quite busy (I guess in this economy, most people are a lot more likely to have their computers repaired, rather than running out to buy a new one), the turnaround was relatively quick. (I think this company also sells computers, but I appreciated the fact that the possibility I would need to buy a new one was never mentioned.) I highly recommend this company to anyone with either a minor or major computer issue and whether you are rather tech-savvy yourself, or if you are like myself, an older baby boomer who appreciates professional, and at the same time, respectful, courteous, and reasonably-priced service.
