The technician examined the tire and explained that it was in a non-critical area. He removed the screw, which was shorter than I had imagined, and tested to make sure that there was no leak; assured me that the tire was perfectly safe, and told me that there was no charge. I gave the technician a tip as I thought he deserved something for the work he performed. The tire has been fine.

I had booked an appointment online. When I went into the store, they didn't have an appointment scheduled. However, they admitted it was there fault and began working on the car immediately. The attendant was friendly and seemed to be very on top of his crew. He tried to sell me on a couple things that were unnecessary (in my opinion), but after I refused them, he didn't press any further. Whole process was pretty smooth and would visit again.
