I knew from our first meeting in August of this year, that I had chosen the right company. I am an individual that had no prior experience with web design or what it entailed. Ray made it very easy to understand. He also explained to me a few things many web designers don't do in order to attract more business to advertising your website. He completed it in less time than originally promised and provided a website that in just a few short months has increased my business ten fold. Ray created a beautiful website for me. Some of the tasks we worked on together to create just what I wanted. He was available any time I need to speak to him about a technical issue or if I came up with a new idea about the website and always gave a satisfactory answer that I understood. From start to finish we were impressed! When first calling around for prices and samples of the work that people have done to use as a reference for our needs - Ray took his time and carefully explained all of the options and possibilities. We needed two very different sites and Think Big did just that... made our small company look much larger than it was. He drove sales up immediately by bringing more people to our sites. The company owner met with us in our office to discuss the options and make useful suggestions as to content and design. We asked his to send us a written proposal, which he did promptly. He was very patient and instructive. He explained everything clearly and always had a good attitude. Many of his ideas for the content were great and we used them. He was very prompt in responding to any phone calls or emails we sent him and would turn around changes and additions usually within 24 hours. We were so happy with the service that we are planning to use the company on an on-going basis to update and service the site. They offer a very reasonable service plan that can be adapted to our needs. The price was very reasonable.

I recently got licensed as an auctioneer. Never having had a web site and being a complete non-techie I called Ray after having a rush requirement for a site to post a short notice auction. Ray agreed to do the site for about $1000 and put the whole thing together in 3 days. He walked me through domain registration and had all kinds of helpful suggestions.
