THE RESURFACING SPECIALIST INC

The Resurfacing Specialists were recommended by a friend, and I called, left a message, and it took a week or so to get a response. The contractor came over, sprayed the bathrooms and left. I was happy at first with the job. Approximately 3 months later, I realized that the surface had NOT been prepared properly as the "rebath" material started to come off when sprayed with water. I called the office, faxed them, wrote letters, and called again. I even had my friend that recommended them to me call, and they told her they would return my call, and never did. It is now over two months later, and I STILL have no received a return call from them to address this issue. They give a "5 year" warranty, but what good is a warranty when the company refuses to answer their phone? I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit to get my money back. I would recommend avoiding this company.
