They are the best service I have had. Everytime they come everything is sparkling. They are quick and effecient. (I alway pickup and put away things before they come so I can find them.) I even suggested them to my mother. I appreciate that they are bonded and insured.

The results were very disappointing. The baths & kitchen were cleaned, but the floors remained gritty. Although I saw 1 of the team members at the door & windows, they were not thoroughly washed and still had construction dirt & finger prints. Although warned that the kitchen counters were easily scratched, 1 large chip was caused by a long handled cleaning tool of some sort. The 3 members seemed to spend more time arguing than cleaning.

We've been looking for a good company that can offer regular housekeeping for years now, and I can't pass up the opportunity to share about our experiences with this company. They are very good about scheduling your first cleaning; prompt, courteous, accommodating, etc. and give the impression of being professional. The crews are very good. The problem is the follow-up---after the first cleaning (once I signed up for routine cleanings), I became a low priority. They didn't show up on two occasions. They canceled without 24 hours notice on three occasions. I had arranged for a special cleaning in advance of having house guests, and I made these arrangements two weeks in advance. They just didn't show. No one called even to apologize, and when I complained later on, I got the impression that they do their business based upon quantity, not quality. The crew did a great, earnest job when they arrived. To be clear, the problem was getting their supervisors to follow through. Mario (the supervisor I dealt with) was really nice at first, but after the first cleaning, was difficult to get on the phone and was kind of a jerk. We've tried lots of other companies since then, and while most were bad, none were as terrible as The Maids.
