I knew immediately that my search for an honest repair facility was over. After years of disappointing and dishonest service on my Honda Odyssey I had found the place I was looking for. You feel it as soon as you enter and speak with Orlando. Super impressed with the work performed and the price. It was worth the long commute from Miami and it will be my repair shop as long as I keep this vehicle

Arrived early, they gave me a ride home. Have used them for years, everything from oil change to engine work. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend them anytime.

They did a good work. They're very friendly and they just did a good job. The pricing was good too.

They quoted me replacement of pads and turning the rotors. The price was as high as the dealer costs. I asked for a quote for JUST turning the rotors, since I just replaced the pads today. He refused to provide the quote stating he couldn't provide a warranty (I didn't ask for) and that it should have been turned when the pads were replaced (that's today). Too bad. I was looking for a good shop in the area, but clearly they don't want to work with customers who can do any of their own work.

For at least 12 years and through 7 cars, my family has found this the most honest and skilled auto repair business we've ever tried. By examining the car thoroughly even when it's scheduled for just an oil change Orlando and his crew--and Chris at the shop in Boca Raton-- have corrected problems that could have been life-threatening. At first I was suspicious that these "problems" were "discovered" so that the shop could make money. Now I understand that my safety is their chief concern, as if I were a member of their own family. And their prices for warranty-required services are much more reasonable than dealerships.

They were very good. They were polite and fast. They got me in quickly as I just showed up. They did suggest getting new tires and they did find a leak in the trunk as it had water in it where the spare tire sits. The spare tire was flat when they checked it. They were very proactive with the service.

They explained things in layman's terms and also did some additional work for no additional charge when the computer reset itself. The cost was way less than it would have been at the dealership. The car has 100,000+ miles and runs like it did when it was new. Very happy with the service. The only thing was I had to call to find out what the status was and if it was ready.Definitely would use them again.

The war ended in 1945, you won't get my business as long as you have this name, which is unfortunate because you shop looks nice.

Overall, it went smoothly. I was given an estimate and advice on fixing my radio and the diagnostics were started on my AC. A dye test was done to see if a leak could be detected because it wasn't obvious right away. I'll know on Monday where the leak is.

I found them through Angie's list. The JAP Shop had a fair price, and the service was good. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They fixed all the problems I was having with the car. They are the best local repair shop I've found so far, I've experienced other shops including a dealership. They drove the car so they could experience the problem and then they fixed it. I think the price was probably okay because they had to replace the rotors and that's not cheap. They did everything they needed to do.

They are extremely honest. My car had died and the person that came to move it told me I needed to get a new engine. When I took it to the Jap shop they just said I needed a new battery. They said I didn't need a new engine.

I called ahead and spoke with Orlando on the phone. He seemed very helpful, but couldn't diagnose the problem without my bringing the car in. He took it in within the hour, and left the car there. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem of my car not starting (when it gets really hot outside). He had my car back the same afternoon!

They have repaired our cars for the past 10 years. Our extended family has used them for Hondas and Acuras, but they also repair Toyota brands as well. They are scrupulously honest and fair, will send you away if your car does not need a repair, and they have fixed minor things for free. They are very nice, responsive, and quick.
