I called Cindy at 9am and she had Anthony at my home before 2pm as promised. After a complete inspection, Anthony adjusted both springs, one track and lubricated all the rollers and hinges. Very pleased with the services provided and the reasonable price charged.

I've been calling Door Doctor for many years, especially since my trouble with my prior vendor. I've also been referring them to all of my real-estate clients who need door repair. Gabriel came right on time. He did the work perfectly, neatly and professionally. I was charged a fair rate. He also checked my 2nd door and oiled it. He then taught me how to program the openers in my cars. I would highly recommend Door Doctor and can say with certainty, they are truly the best!

Their service was excellent. They replaced the specific part only whereas another company told us we probably needed to replace the entire astragal. That would have been much more expensive and unnecessary. This company was recommended to us by Ace Hardware and we were very pleased. They tracked down the specific part, ordered it and had it installed. They kept us in the loop and followed up with us rather than our having to track them down.

I was completely satisfied. I have used the Door Doctor several times and have always been completely satisfied with their service.

My initial thought was that our garage door opener wasn't strong enough to lift the weight of the hurricane 2-car door. The representative could have easily tried to upsell us for a new opener and instead explained that these hurricane doors are very heavy and it simply needed lubricating and that the opener was in good condition and adequate. We appreciated their honesty and professionalism and will most definitely rely upon them again for future garage door needs and repairs.

He was so careful to balance the springs, too. He really knew what he was doing, and took his time.

Everyone I have spoken to at this company has a bad attitude. They were prompt to give estimate. The sales rep wasn't very friendly but after a while he warmed up and gave us a good explanation of what we needed. I took over 4 weeks for the door to come in. This was a surprise.

The installation went well. Although they left the wire to the opener exposed and loose. The day of installation I got a call at work from a woman looking to get paid. I told her no problem but, I would need someone to come out and explain the operation of my new garage door. The same sales rep came out. With a worse attitude than before. He just wanted the check. I asked his to tell me what need to know about the door. He Just looked at me like I had four heads. I had to pull answers out of him.

We were having other work done to our home and unfortunately one of the sensors, which are being feld on by these flimsy brackets was knock out of alignment. The door wouldn't close. I did check that there wasn't anything in the way of the sensor but I didn't realize that it was out of alignment. I called the next day to have someone come out and check it. I got a call at work and was scolded and told that they would charge me if they have to come out again to fix the sensors. This was aggravating because I had ask for someone to explain the operation of this door. And they didn't.

GARY CAME TO THE HOME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR THE COMPLETE JOB ON MARCH 11, 2013. JOB WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN THREE TO FOUR WEEKS AT THE LATEST. WE CALLED TO CHECK DELIVERY DATE SEVERAL TIMES. JOB NEEDED TO BE FINISHED NO LATER THAN THE FIRST OF MAY. THEY DELAYED PULLING PERMITS BECAUSE ENTRY DOORS WERE SPECIAL ORDERED AND THEN BACK ORDERED -- WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF THE ENTRY DOORS!

INSTALLED THE GARAGE DOOR IN EARLY - MID APRIL -- ONE ENTRY DOOR ON APRIL 25 AND THE SECOND ENTRY DOOR ON APRIL 30!
NO PROBLEM WITH THE INSTALLATION -- THE TWO MEN DID A GREAT JOB. CLEANED UP AFTER INSTALLING AND HAULED OFF THE OLD DOORS.

They were prompt, and took care of all the permitting. And were punctual. And they did good work.
