Rami informed me that my printer did not have fax capabilities. He said he noticed that my computer ran slowly and proceeded to make some changes. One change he made was to "reduce ink usage on everyday printing" (as he wrote in the service report) resulting in a light and fuzzy print, indeed good enough for everyday printing and drafts. Six weeks later, I needed to print an official document so I changed the printing preference to "normal" but it continued to produce a light and fuzzy print. I contacted Rami, who forwarded a link to Microsoft which explained the same steps that I had already followed and that failed to change the printing mode. I again contacted Rami who told he did not remember what he had done to my computer but offered to access my computer remotely for $79.00 per hour, later reducing the price to $50.00 per hour. I think Rami should have guided me on the phone to take the steps necessary to restore the normal printing mode and not attempt to charge to undo what he had done. His statement that he did not remember what he had done to my computer does not seem very professional to me.

Excellent, he is a patient teacher completly truthworthy, and would not think of using anyone else.
