The guy that comes out is Jeff and I am very happy with him. I don't have any bugs now. He comes out every month for the service but if I have any problems in between he comes out and doesn't charge me. If I have ants or something in the bathroom that pops out he comes and takes care of it. I found him to be very helpful.
